These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all services offered by Saiful Islam through iamsaiful.com (“I”, “me”, “my”). By ordering a service or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
I provide WordPress SEO audits, content audits, site audits, keyword planning, duplicate and thin content fixes, speed optimization and related services, as described on the Services and Pricing pages. Audits are delivered as written reports. Fix packages include the specific work listed for that package.
2. Orders and payment
- All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is due in full before work begins, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Accepted payment methods are listed on the Order page. Any transfer or processing fees are paid by the client.
- Monthly plans are billed in advance each month and can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date.
3. Delivery
Delivery times shown on the website are estimates, counted from payment confirmation and receipt of any information or access I need. I will let you know promptly if a delay is expected.
4. Website access
For fix packages you may need to give me temporary access to your website. You are responsible for keeping a recent backup before work begins. I recommend creating a separate user account for me and deleting it once the work is complete.
5. Results
SEO results depend on many factors outside my control, including search engine algorithms, competition and your own content. I do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue.
6. Refunds
If you are not satisfied with an audit report, contact me within 7 days of delivery and I will issue a full refund. Fix work that has already been carried out on your site is not refundable, but I will correct any mistakes I made at no cost.
7. Confidentiality
I keep your website data, login details and reports confidential and do not share them with third parties, except where required by law.
8. Intellectual property
Once paid in full, you own the reports and deliverables created for you. I may describe the work in general terms in my portfolio, without naming your site, unless you give permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, my total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
10. Changes
I may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
